Oak Tree Villa is a luxurious five bedroom villa, mixing traditional colonial and contemporary styles beautifully. There is exquisite attention to detail throughout.
Oak Tree Villa is in a peaceful location, inland but only 1.7km to the nearest beach and 4.5km from the tourist resort Hikkaduwa. The villa accommodates ten people comfortably with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space.
There is a beautiful pool and surrounding gardens make this a perfect sanctuary to return to after a busy day enjoying the beautiful Island.
The villa is designed with open-plan living in mind. Entering into the main living room which looks onto the lush indoor courtyard, the internal breakfast room to the side of the courtyard with bifold doors to view bring the outside in. There is a larger covered outside dining area for alfresco dining, with an internal fish pond. The kitchen well equipped, had a large American style fridge freezer.
There is a walled, landscaped garden surrounding the villa, with beautiful plans and tree as well as the Sri Lankan oak tree where the villa gets its name. In the shade of the Oak tree you can swing or rest in the table and chairs.
Oak Tree Villa is a gated property, with parking for up to three vehicles.
All five ensuite bedrooms have air conditioning and have comfortable, king sized beds. Soft cotton sheets and fluffy towels are provided and dressing gowns are available on request. There are also hairdryers for your use. The solar powered showers provide hot running water.
There are two garden rooms which also have handmade baths which are open to the skies for a unique bathing experience. All bedrooms have an outside seating area for perfect place for a cup of Ceylon tea.
Cots can be provided on request.
